Rev-share short film raising ₹20L, paying back up to 1.7× from net OTT + festival earnings.
Saanjh is a love letter to old Hyderabad — the alleys around Charminar, the Irani cafes, the tunes drifting out of paan shops at midnight. We shoot in the city in the months we know best, with a small crew that has worked together for the last three years. The film is built around one performance and one place; everything else stays out of the way.
Festival circuit through 2026 (MAMI → Dharamshala → Busan), then a platform sale to a service like MUBI or an OTT short anthology. We have informal interest from one streamer already.
Investors split 35% of net revenue (post platform fees + recoupment of marketing spend) pro-rata until they hit a 1.7× return cap. After cap, the project entity retains 100% of revenue.
