Unreleased scripts, cast deals and budgets are the most sensitive things a production owns. Crelace keeps them private by default, from a two-person short to a studio slate. This page lists what that means in practice today, and only that.
1. Access by role
Every production decides who sees what. Crew get their call sheet and tasks; budget, rates and negotiations stay with the producer.
2. Never trained on
Your scripts, boards and production data are never used to train any model, ours or anyone else’s.
3. Watermarked scripts
Stamp the reader’s name across every page of a script PDF, so a leaked draft can be traced.
4. SSO and audit log
Single sign-on for your team and a record of who did what, on the Production plan.
5. Verified people
Everyone signs in as themselves, and profiles can be verified before you hire.
6. Yours to take
Export your scripts and data whenever you like. Delete a production or an account and it is erased.
7. For studios and enterprises
- Onboarding and schedule migration
- Data-residency questions answered before you sign
- Priority support during shoot weeks
- Custom domain on review links
