These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crelace ("Service"), operated by Hyderabad Feed. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the scripts, storyboards, characters, files, messages, and other content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Crelace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, back up, process, transmit, display, and reproduce Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to make Your Content available to collaborators you invite.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that Your Content does not violate any law or infringe anyone's rights.
4. AI features
The Service uses third-party AI models (including from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Higgsfield, and Replicate) to generate text, images, and video. Output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. Do not submit inputs that violate applicable laws, contain sensitive personal data of others, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
Where you generate images of real people, you represent that you have obtained appropriate permissions. Do not use the Service to create deceptive deepfakes, defamatory content, sexual content of real people without consent, or content depicting minors in a sexualised way. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not permit anyone else to:
- Break the law or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or sexual content involving minors.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, tamper with it, or interfere with other users.
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service beyond documented APIs and rate limits.
- Reverse-engineer or copy the Service, or resell it without our written permission.
- Use the Service to send spam, malware, or otherwise abuse other users.
6. Credits, payments, and refunds
Some features consume credits, which you purchase or earn. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their terms. Unless required by law, credits are non-refundable once consumed. We may adjust pricing at any time; changes apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
7. Marketplaces and pitches
Crelace enables users to post jobs, submit pitches, list crew and equipment, and transact with each other. Crelace is not a party to those transactions and does not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any listing, pitch, or transaction. You transact at your own risk. Where we facilitate payment, escrow, or dispute resolution, the specific product terms shown at the time will govern.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others, or to protect the Service, its users, or Crelace. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crelace disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crelace and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Crelace's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Crelace in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 10,000.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Crelace and its affiliates from any claim, demand, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory statutory rights you have in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
